A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product due to our error:

- We will evaluate the issue and either send a free replacement or issue a 100% Full Refund (including original shipping costs).

B. Customer Preferences (Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered)
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, no longer need it, or ordered the wrong size/color:
- You may return the item for a refund of the product purchase price.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Ship the Package: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Please do not send your purchase back to the sender address written on the original shipping label without our prior authorization.

- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
